TLB jobs clash issue

Dear Experts,

We are facing issue in TLB run where Duplicate STO are created in TLB run.

Following is our process flow:

Forecast correction --> Deployment Run --> TLB run.

Please have a look at below mentioned case.

Our deployment run takes about 8 hrs approx. we have two segments for which we take TLB run for same receiving plant. Now the issue is We triggered TLB for first segment & according it STO created for Product A of 150 EA. Now the second TLB job started before finishing first. so now one more STO is created of same qty of Product A.

So it results in over allocation of Product due to extra STO creation.

Please help as it may hamper business a lot.

If I correctly understood your situation, in the second TLB job you have to exclude the first Source Location.

Hi Marius,

We cant exclude source location from first source location from second TLB job as the it is combination of Sorce-Recieving Plant combination only. Please note that variety of product segment may be linked to the same PLANT-DEPOT combination. So excluding Source location i don't think so will help.

My concern is how to avoid clashes of the jobs, since it is running in background we don't have control on its finish time. every now & then planner has to manually cancel second run & if he sometime fail to do so it results in over or extra STO creation.

Anyone faces such scenario ?
