" Unable to check The Job Monitoring results in Solution Manager Workcenter"

Hi Experts,

Currently we are using SAP Solution Manager 7.1 Sp12, I have Configured Job Monitoring Scenario in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP12.

Under Technical Monitoring --> Job and BI Monitoring ( I have configured Only for ABAP Jobs). Screen Attached Fig1.

After Configuration when I check the results in Work Center, I am not able to get the Monitoring results,

When I check results in Technical Monitoring --> Job Monitoring --> Launch Job Monitor --> Below blank screen comes Fig 2.

Is this issue with Browser or am I missing some steps in configuration

Any Pointers to resolve this issue.

Hi Mohammed,

Please check if below pre-requisities are performed in Solution manager system:

Activation of SICF services specified below:

a. JOBMON_DATA

b. CNMUI5SVC

c. UI5_UI5

d. AGS_OCC_UI5

e. BSP-> JOBMON_RUNTIME

Hi Mohammed,

I am facing exactly the same error which you are getting while launching the Job Monitor application.

Can you provide the solution if you were able to resolve this issue.

Did you pull jobs successful in the setup from the ABAP system?

For the display not working, did the SICF service get enabled?

Hi Mohammed,

You first screenshot cleary shows that you miss a step in setting up the job monitoring scenario within solution manager. Please double check the steps and traffic lights in transaction SOLMAN_SETUP.

Your second screenshot is a different problem which indicates you have a "null point exception" somewhere your webdynpro screens. Please check transaction ST22 to display more details about this error.
