How to recognize Menu access?

Dear All.

Let us have good advice from you.

I want to restrict to create or change conditin master in SAP directly because we have linked Web Potal.

All condition master creation should be done via W/F process.

TO restrict, I made an enhancement and checking t-code(SY-TCODE), if it is VK11 or VK12, I set error message is displayed.

But this was just happy case.

When I go to VK13 and choose 'create' or 'change' menu in the menu bar, then the error was not displayed because SY-TCODE was VK13.

I do not want to make restriction for Display case.

How can I recognize User directly accessed Create/Change Screen or indirectly accessed via Menu bar?

Is there any variant to distinguish this?

Thank you in advance.

Hai,

Like VK11 and VK12 gives error,

Modify the enhancement to check T code = VK13, and it the time of saving give error. (instead of hiding Create and Change).

Hi

Why u don't use the standard function for example authorization to archive ur target ?

Btw, In ur case u could use tcode:shd0 to hide create/change in menu bar for vk13.

Hope that could help u.
