Mileage Rate : Trip spanning two different fiscal Years

Hello Members,

The current setup of vehicle class is delimited by fiscal years and maintain the new mileage rate every year.

However, in case of trips with mileages reporting in the previous year and also current fiscal year, SAP is calculating mileage with rate for previous year.

Let me rephrase,

I have a trip with start date Dec 25, 2014 and ending in Jan 15, 2015.

The vehicle class is maintained as

01/01/1995 to 12/31/2014 56 cents

01/01/2015 to 12/31/999   57.5 cents

Mileages on Date Dec 26, 2014 and Jan 16, 2015.

But in both the dates, SAP is calculating at 56 cents.

I was hoping to see 56 cents for the mileage on Dec 26 and 57.5cents on Jan 16.

Is there any particular setting to activate that I can get this functionality.

Hi Ani,

I don't know whether this can be achieved with configuration means, but you can use BADI AFTER_TRIP_SETTLEMNT and manipulate IT_PAUFA with your own logic to achieve this.
