Compare to previous Week

I want to schedule a report which shows current numbers and also the numbers as of when it ran the previous week.

e.g. Say I have a weekly report that shows how many employees don't have grades setup. Say the report shows 5 for this week. Next when when the same report runs the number may be 3. So next week I want both these numbers available so I can show that we reduced by 2.

Is that possible to do?

Another way is to build two queries, 1) for current week and 2) previous week and then display the metrics alongside.

that is possible yes.

Use the data tracking feature and after you are comfortable with it, you can use refvalue() to compare current figures against the last figures (or against any other schedule).
