To Search Fields in ALV table in web dynpro

Hi Giants,

We have a requirement to search fields while setting ALV layout in web dynpro like in conventional ALV layout setting.

We need to scroll to select a particular field in web ALV settings; we need to have a search option like in normal ALV layout setting to search a fields and to add it in displayed column like we do in conventional ALV.

I checked SALV_WD_COLUMNS_UI & SALV_WD_LAYOUT_UI both but failed to achieve this functionality.

If anyone has any suggestions please share.

Hi,

AFAIK there is no provision to search column names in ALV settings.
