HANA Live (SLT Sidecar) and HANA Lifecycle Management (HCM) on AWS HANA One

SAP HANA One Support, we're currently running AWS HANA One SPS 08 Revision 83 and in the process of trying to set up HANA Live with SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) Sidecar.  Are there any special steps outside of the normal HANA instructions to set this up on HANA One?  We are setting up SLT on a separate server.

And along with this in installing HANA Live, do you have any instructions on support of HCM (HANA Lifecycle Management) on AWS HANA One?  Couldn't seem to find any information.  Looks like lifecycle management has been going through a lot of changes with each release as described in this link.

Hi Joe,

As you said, " Looks like lifecycle management has been going through a lot of changes". So, we dont really have any info other than, "the binaries and the tools are installed along with HANA" itself.

We try to install all required tools for minimum working of HANA. There are other Enterprise Tools which we don't actively support.

Unfortunately, in-depth support for HANA is beyond the scope of our work it is a community supported product. But others in the forum can speak to it more.

Mandar, thank you for the response.  So ultimately as part of HANA Live, we're trying to install the HANA Live views on HANA.  The HANA Live views come as a zip package from SAP.  Within the zip package, we can see a "DATA_UNITS" folder which contains another zip file HCOHBAECC09_0.ZIP with the actual HANA Live views in them.  Is the only way to install this through HLM (HANA Lifecycle Manager) or should we be able to install it via other means on HANA One?
