Updating the details in Table /SCMB/HRP5561

Can any one help me out that how the details are updated in the following table /SCMB/HRP5561 in SAP TM ?

Its updated using via transactions PPOCE / PPOME (Organisation and staffing)

Thanks for the help.

I checked in the system using tcode ppome, the BP maintained in the BP field is different from the details present in the table /SCMB/HRP5561.

Hi Sudarshan,

Its the internal(auto) v/s external BP number. Perhaps the system is generating a BP with the creation of every org unit. You may be changing it (he assignment) manually in PPOME. The BP key is unique within a client.
