FBL1N / FBL3N / FBL5N - Subtotal impossible to add fields

Dear all,

We face to a problem with following transactions FBL1N / FBL3 / FBL5N.

We run transaction FBL*N.

1. Click on header column,

2. Click on subtotal button,

3. Click on subtotal button (2),

4. Try to scroll down in order to add last field to subtotal criteria.

At step 4 we can not scroll down in order to select other fields.

I had a look to any SAP Note but nothing.

We are with SAP ECC6 (SAP_APPL 605).

Any idea?

Hi David,

You need to first have "Total" selected on one of the columns to do sub-total by other column or criteria.

There must be a "Amount" column, select that column and click on Total or "Sigma" Sign on screen.

Than you will see Sub total button activated, which than needs to be applied on relevant fields, and in-order to do multiple column sub-total those fields should be brought together and selected at once, than click on Sub-total.
