Edit button is not working in Item Details WD Components

Hi All,

In our application, we are using standard item details WD components in which we have 'Edit', 'Cancel' and 'Save' button. On click of 'Edit' button, record goes to edit mode as expected, no problem. And we are saving some changes, goes to display mode once save. But if we click the 'Edit' button for the second time, here is the problem, it is still in display mode.

Any sort of help is highly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Nice to hear from you again.

It would be great to get some WD traces to check this further.

Increase the severity of the location "com.sap.tc.webdynpro*" to

DEBUG and reproduce the issue.

Hi Hemanth,

Thanks a lot for your time. I found 'Edit event' itself is not triggering. when I tried to print something on edit event, it doesn't print anything. Any particular reason?

Any support also would be fine. I am not sure if this issue related to my code, because this is a standard one , should work as expected.
