Service start: Fri Jan 23 09:17:46 2015 (UTC)

Status capture time: Wed Feb 04 08:41:37 2015 (UTC)

Status refresh interval: 15 sec

Accordint to this info show below, AFARIARELAYPNB  looks have a problem.

There is 6 RSOE comes to this

Altough all RSOE looks successfully connected to both Relay, why I still see Overall availability is partial?

How can I digg this problem to detect what is wrong?

A partial status means there is a farm defined in the rs.config file that does not have an active RSOE connection.

This can happen if a farm has been added to the config file that is not being used yet or if an RSOE is not connecting properly.

- Increase the Relay Server and RSOE log levels to 2 and check the logs to see that the connections are what you're expecting.

- If you have a load balancer in front of the farm make sure that the outbound enabler connection strings to the relay server (-cr switch) are pointing to the load balancer and not to a relay server

- If the 2 relay servers are in a Relay Server Farm, make sure that the rs.config file is identical on both relay servers.

Thanks

Mark

Thnx Mark.

I found one unnecessary farm and two servers. After deletion. Now both connections are FULL
