1.Is it possible to have different pricing procedure for SO and invoice

No,Only one Pricing Procedure assigne to the SO.But we 5 combination are available inthe standard SAP.If any one of the combination ,we can change Pricing Procedure.

Yes. You can have different Pricing procedure for SO & Billing. In Configuration of Sales Order Type (T.Code VOV8) & Billing Type (T.Code VOFA), maintain different document pricing procedure & assign the pricing procedure accordingly.
