2.What is the parent and child relationship?
I did not get this question clear. As per my understanding, you are speaking of Change request. If it is so, Child request holds the object to be transported & main request can have more than one child request. Main request number is the one which is actually transported & had the child request clubbed in it. When you release request in T.Code SE10, first we require to release child request 7 then the parent request.
3.How many changes can u make in one request?
There is no limit on number of changes you can have in one request. But system will ensure that you cannot have customizing request & Workbenck request in same request. System will prompt for separate request. Ideally you shold not over load an request, as it would take longer time & can be more complex to transport the request if too many objects are in same request.
4.How you get data of implementation
If you refer to data as master data, then it is the responsibility of consultant to train on what master data is & how it is required. But the responsibility to provide master data lies with core team member.
