Firefighter Log Review Error - Message no. SWF_RUN646

Hi All

While opening the EAM Audit log for review, system is throughing an error message:

Exit CL_GRAC_SPM_AUDIT_REVIEW triggered exeception for event STATE_CHG and
(target) status READY->SELECTED: UI signature (ID:'') not MSMP - action for
WorkIte

Message no. SWF_RUN646

I saw one post for this but couldn't find reply, can someone please assist how to resolve this?

One more point, the above error is only appearing when I execute the log from SAP GUI workflow (SBWP) screen but if I go to NWBC, go to inbox and execute the log then there is no error.

Thank you Alessandro, much appreciated.

I didn't find this but from the link it seems that I have to go to NWBC and then approve the FF logs. It cannot be done using SBWP inbox.
