few of the metrics gray in technical monitoring

Hi All,

We have configured the managed system setup and technical monitoring for our Production system

Few of the metric are shown in gray status ,when i check for data collection it gives below log

When i check on the MAI alert log viewer everything looks green

And sometimes below error

Also during some part of the day metric will be green ,then aftersometime it switches to gray

Has anyone seen this error ,could you please help to solve this

Hi Srivatsava,

Can you go to transaction SLG1, in here put "E2E_ALERTING" in object and "ENGINE" in subobject.

This should display some errors that can be used for analysis.

Please screenshot and post.

Use - 2016768 - Data Provider Check for PULL_RFC Metrics using MAI Tools and 2016745 - Grey metrics information required for analysis in technical monitoring with SAP Solution Manager 7.1.

We are on 7.1 SP12

1754803 ->cannot be implemented

I am checking on other suggested notes
