SAP Standard Report for Shipment Notification in Real-time

Hi,

I would like to ask is that any SAP Standard Report able to generate Shipment Notification to third-party company (Fedex, DHL, etc) in real-time environment. As I have search for SAP BW solution, but the report will have 1 day delay.

Could you please explain your requirement in more detail? Do you mean the communication to be sent to logistic partners ?

Hi Atul,

The Shipment Notification should have the information as Shipment Number, Delivery Number, Ship-to Party, PO Number and PO Item. Then, this Shipment Notification will be send to logistic partner as text file for their reference in order to let them know how many shipment is created and ship-to who as well.

Hi Jimmy,

If you are processing the shipping notification from delivery document then you can use the output type SHOR. However in order to use this you need to set up system accordingly for example setting up RFC connections, port, partner functions etc.
