Reload on time stamp from DSO1 to DSO2

Hello Experts,

I have this need - I have my change went into production on time stamp - 28.01.2015 18:52:57.

Now I wanted to load my target DSO from source DSO .I only want to load only up to 28.01.2015 18:52:57 i.e data before the change went into Prod..

Please suggest which selection I can use to load data from source DSO to Target DSO.

I have load date and time field available - Can I use this field to the activity.

Please suggest.

Hi,

plesae give the same selections then load to data form source to target.

before giving please check the filter selections.

check the source side have how many records and check the BW side.

Thanks for the reply, I am not deleting any data from the target DSO it over write there so I just need the historical data I am not sure which Time stamp field I need to take so that I can get the data into targt upto 28.01.2015 18:52:57 time stamp.

Hi,

DSO level it will overwrite based on the key filed combinaiton and info cube level it will added up the records.

please cross check with ECC and BW data.

Yes, you can use load date and time filed to restrict the data.

thanks for the reply but does this ensure all my historical data would come up till the time stamp the change went into PROD for the change I made.
