Hi Gurus,
I have searched in the forum but I have not got the straight forward answer.
The situation is right now business printing output XXXX and posted to customer, Now customer want the same output trigger the mail as well.
Is it possible that once the invoice saved then
1. business will print the invoice and send it to the customer
2. System will send the email
Please confirm.

yes this is possible. There are some different ways to do it.
The easiest is to create a second message (for example YRDM - M for Mail) and do the same configure as the other message. I think not all of your customers want to receive a mail.
Other way is to do it via the driver-program and put some special handling in...
