Hello,
I have few sap systems, but I don't know that is central or distributed or HA so I want to know that so how to know that??
Also is it possible to know that from OS?
Check in Tx SM51
If you see multiple host names, it indicates the system is distributed.
A central system will show only a single host name

Hi
Traverse to your profile directory . If the ASCS and SCS / ERS instance are defined by their virtual host name rather than the actual hostname then yes it is on a HA .
The remaining is easy .. just compare with the hostname and if it has an enqueue/ message server service in its parameter then it should be the CI else its a dialog instance
Thanks ,
Manu

Hi Manu,
Thank you for your quick reply.
Actually, it is confusing for me because in the profile directory there is multiple names like:
Server hostname is "testecc" and in profile directory it is showing like:
DAA_SMDA97_testecc
DAA_SMDA97_testecc.1
DAA_SMDA97_testecc.2
So can you please help to understand the same?
