Can you let us know the best practise/method available to upload the master data like freight agreement/lane/location/resource details in TM system for a shipper scenario.

BAPI [FUNCTION LOADER INLAY] is very useful to create lanes, locations, zones, resources.
LSMW program can also be used for resources & locations.
Standard excel integration is available for agreements.
