File adapter issue - taking default path as prefix to the actual path

Hi Pi Experts,

I am facing an issue in the receiver file adapter.

Message will processes sucessfully, but file will not creat at the target directory.

i have checked the log and found it is taking default path as prefix to the actual path, which i configured in the target directory in receiver communication channel (\\servername\share\fin\path\tar)

but i can see an extra path before the actual path i.e as prefix

/pi/usr/sap/dev/DEVS00/j2ee/cluster/server0/\\servername\share\fin\path\tar/filename20150203-034113-978.csv 

Please let me know, what was the issue.

Hi Chakaradhar,

Have u checked the Create Target directory in PI or u r using an existing directory? If you say message is successful in PI, where is the file being written onto if there is an issue with the file not being created, Can you please provide screen shot of your channel config and also the file name and processing tab/Advanced tab.
