Prasant,
first of all please let the community some time to think and answer your question. Never forget that everyone who participates in SCN does that voluntarely. Secondly, your thread doesn't look very nice as it seems that you are in a rush and pushing others to solve your problem.
With "not nice" I mean that an introduction and the style of your post is missing. On top of that you have some spelling mistakes so that it's a bit tough to read and understand (don't get me wrong.. it's not that mistakes are not allowed, but in this particular case such mistakes can be avoided).
Thanks for your understanding.
Best regards,
Alessandro
Hello Alessandro,
I not rushing into anything, pushing anyone to respond.
i just gave 1 more information like where i am planning to make development.
i am aware of spelling mistake but it was submitted .
And i am aware that everyone participates in SCN voluntarily so do i sometimes as well.
let me give you details.
__________________________________________________________________________
we have 2 HR systems where we are planning to configure HR trigger for these scenario.
1)user account deactivation
2)User account creation if employee joins as manager or above
3)if an employee gets promoted to manager.
_________________________________________________________
IN HR system A. infotype 0105 subtype 0001 is already used for different purpose.
and in HR System B infotype 0105 and subtype 0001 is not at all used.

so we are planning to make development in GRC system by passing the employee number in GRC system in hr trigger even and mapping of employee number to SAP ID will be maintained in GRC system.
since for new employee SAP ID will be their employee number the employee number will be updated in request as SAP User ID and for existing users it will populate the corresponding value in Z Table.
