Hello Experts ,

We were having around 21 crore records in SWFRXICNT which was consuming around 280 gb of database . but then we found one standard program RSWF_XI_INSTANCES_DELETE using which we have deleted around 20 crore records from the same table.

Similarly there are few more tables which are consuming the space . So we need to delete data from those tables also. Kindly assist what can be done.

Hello Nikhil,

Go through the troubleshooting steps in note 872388 Troubleshooting Archiving and Deletion in PI - particularly the section 3. Troubleshooting Archiving / Deletion in the Adapter Engine.

Also take into account 1791627 PI DB tables relevant for Reorg jobs. You may need to ensure the DB reorg jobs are running to reclaim free space after the PI messages have been deleted.

Hi Nikhil,

Agree with what Mark mentions. You will have to refer to the standard house keeping jobs and run it periodically or few times as required. Once that is done, reorg will be required to reclaim the DB space.
