Planned Order LA type generated form MTO !!

I faced that we have a father item like XX and this item has a BOM of X1 , X2  which has BOM also and BOM explosion type dependent requirement , X3 and when user make Sales order with procurement type KE

the MRP run and generate planned order assigned to sales order for item XX and  also generate for X2 planned order with type of LE (Make To Stock) but we need it Make To Order KD but take in consideration i checked the Material Master data of BOM individual/collective requirement with indicator 2 and also about the explosion type of item X2 in BOM of Item XX was dependent requirement

Individual/collective requirement indicator should 1 in case of MTO. Please check your planned order has sales order assignment. Also check sales order requirement type it should be KE.

and i try it with 1 and run again MRP but also generate Make To Stock Planned order !!

Hello,

In sales order procurement type tab check the Requirement type it should be KE.

In Mateiral Master Bom Explosion Individ/collective indicator (MRP4 tab) for your material should be set to '1 - Individual requirements only'

Also check OMDD Profile KD with account assignment setting.

Are you using any special procurement key?

Run The MRP in MD50 for your sales order and check the results.

Also you can test by creating new sales order.

Hello

The attached screenshot points that the order reservation for which the planned order was created is not linked to the sales order special stock.

As already mentioned by Rupesh, you should check the sales order requirement type and the value of the field "individual/collective" on the material master to avoid this issue in the future.

On this specific case, since the requirement is a production order reservation, you must change it manually because production order reservations are not changed by MRP.

Open the production order on CO02, go to the components screen and change the value of field special stock to "1 - Individual customer stock". Then, run MRP again for this material and a new KD planned order should be created. Please observe that this will only work if the parent production order is linked to the sales order stock.

About the requirement type was KE and Individiual/Collective was 1 but after i try

to change the special Stock it working well and now its OK
