Upgrade from SP9 to SP14

I want to upgrade XI 3.0 from sp9 to sp14. Can anybody explain the step by step procedure.

SPAM update manager for abap in my system is currently on SAPKD64017. can I install SAPKD64020 on it ? can any body send me the steps how to install sp 14.

Ramesh,

As far as I know, u can not skip and go directly to SP14 from SP9.

Because in each SP there are some prerequisites which are met by installing the previous SP, which means that the journey from sp9 to sp14 would be sp9> sp10>sp11...soon.

The procedure would generally be, kernal upgrade, ABAP Upgrade and Java Upgrade

For Abap upgrade I have to install the abap support package manager SPAM/SAINT of version 18.0. Where can i get this for download? In service market place there is only version of XX20.0 and XX22.0.
