Hi,
In our current project since TM is not used as collaboration portal, hence the client want to use EM as a collaboration portal particularly they want to use as part of viewing various status of orders in details .Can you inform how we set this up in EM Web UI particularly to meet the requirment.

This settings can be viewable in SAP EM WebUI, once you defined client tracking scenarios.
To enable / restrict who need to access tracking scenario(s), you have to assign Defined Web Interface Transaction and User profile to a role or user (IMG -> Event Management -> Event Messages, Status Queries, and Web Interface -> Web Interface -> Assign User Profiles to Roles / Assign User Profiles and Web Interface Transactions to Users) and assign the role to users in SU01.
When they access SAP WebUI, this would enable to see only those assigned tracking scenarios.
