Can explain any one what is difference between 902 storage type and 903 Storage type in WM.

In SAP standard we don't have a storage type 903 (to the best of my knowledge) and neither i used that in any of my implementation please check whether it got created specific to your business requirement or if possible please share the screenshot of the storage type screen

I would say that you check the change log of storage types to see who created this 903 and then ask him for what purpose it was done.
It is not SAP delivered.
But in general those are just used to differentiate logical interim storage types e.g. 901 for receipts from production orders, 902 receipts from external procurement.
Check the WM movement types, as the storage type has to be linked to the movement type.
