Why do I alway receive two Emails?

could somebody pleass tell me, why I receive two notification Emails, if a change to a wiki is made, which I follow (and how I can avoid that)?

I am only getting one email.

I could imagine that it is send twice because you are an editor of this wiki and you have it in the watch list too.
