Adding custom Mobile status to Syclo Work manager

I want to add custom mobile status in Syclo Work Manager. Also i want to add hold status for notification.

How this can be achieved.

Take a look at this  How-to guide even though it was written for WM 5.3 but still it is relevant for WM 6.X.

Hi,

Please find the below overview

• Identify the screen in which custom status button needs to be created
• Create a status change button(Example: Demo)
• Add transaction to update the status
• Map the Status change button to transaction through action
• Add java classes for steplet, stephandler and BAPI to update the status

Hi Sravanthi, I did this already. I am not able to view my Button on screen. Only thing i did not do is java classes. Regards Manish

Hi Manish,

Are you sure the screen you have customized the Agentry client(As per the platform) uses the same screen.

To verify this please do one thing only activate your customized screen in that screen set(uncheck all other screens).
