Automatic usage decision when some specifications analysis are non mandatory

Dear experts

We have some optional master inspection characteristics at inspection plan level that at results recording stage simply "can be processed". The technician decides if to do an analysis or not depending on the situation.

We also have an automatic usage decision that is performed after a predefined time when all mandatory specifications are analyzed and accepted.

Would these optional specifications affect the automatic usage decision provided that all the mandatory specifications are analyzed and accepted?

Not in particular basically! Only prerequisite is that the optional MIC shouldn't be valuated as 'Rejected'.

All other conditions like Req. MIC are valuated and Accepted, No defect record, Auto UD planned are if fulfilled, you shouldn't have a problem.
