I have a custom web service in SAP ME which I am calling from SAPMEINT. I used the transaction Visiprise/ERPShopFloorIntegration/frame/workflow/MEWebService and have changed the timeout to 600 seconds because it was sometimes taking more than 5 minutes to process. Some of the times I see an error message of Error Calling Web Service after about 5 minutes. The logs show a message of 'Unable to contact target server after 1 tries'. I have verified that the input XML is making it to ME successfully because it does successfully finish but it is leading to support issues. Are there any NW or ME settings which may be causing this disconnect after about 5 minutes when the timeout is set to 10?
