Problem in retrieving JCO function object: Concurrent call in Work Manager 5.3

Hi Experts,

When i have performed sync from the device, encountered the error "GetWorkOrderSteplet-problem in retrieving jco.function.object in createfunction(xxxxx(Classhandlername)).

When checked in the events log, found the below error.

com.syclo.agentry.BusinessLogicException: WorkOrderPostSteplet - Problem retrieving JCO.Function object in createFunction(/SYCLO/PM_DOWORKORDER_UPD): Concurrent call. Connection currently used in another thread.

I have gone through the below thread, but not sure.

Problem retrieving JCO.Function object in createFunction  SYCLO CORE_SYSTINFO_GET 00 in Work Manager...

Kindly suggest what may be the reason for the error encountered.
