ESS/MSS UI portal blank page

Hi Experts,

While opening ESS/MSS UI portal page I am getting blank page not able to see landing page and respective iView service.

Able to view attached Landing page from PFCG .

kindly provide your points to resolve this issue.

are all services activated? can you preview the role from portal? Are you pointing to the correct backend system or port from the portal Do a simple HTTPtrace, you can see it there check your Portal System Landscape configuration in order to check which is the correct port to access the related backend system  Regarding Portal + UI5 lanscape the following notes can help you: follow note 2062711 for troubleshooting and below as well 1708020 2014109
