Delete Delivery.

Hi,

Our user created a Stock Transport Order, an Outbound Delivery for the STO.

He created Transfer orders (5) for the OBD and confirmed all the TOs.

For some reason, he went and cancelled all the TOs using LT15 and then moved the stock to WM using LT01.

But, the picking status in outbound delivery is still "C" and WM status "B".

How to change this status and delete this delivery. I tried deleting it in VL09, it did not allow.

Please Help.

In the second line you mentioned that all the TO are confirmed and in the third line u stated that you are able to cancel the confirmed TO using LT15 can you please recheck this as once TO is confirmed you cannot cancel the TO as per standard SAP

Hi,

That's what the user told me or he did not know what he did.

Could you please help in deleting this delivery.

I tried LT0G and the program - RVDELSTA.

But unable to delete.

Dear Sankar,

You can run the transaction VL_COMPLETE to mark the delivery as complete and the program RVDELSTA is to reverse the completion status done through the VL_COMPLETE transaction.

Please share the document flow of the delivery, Status screen from the delivery and the screenshot of the error message which you are getting when you are trying to do LT0G

Could you please review SAP Note 206453? This should help to delete the affected

delivery.
