Hi Kathir,
Could you confirm presence of diagnostic agent installation on the system first. You could follow SCN doc at
& Installation of SMD Agent With SWPM SP04 - SAP Solution Manager Setup - SCN Wiki
Hope this will help you.

Connection to SLD of Solution Manager:
Should be the FQDN of the Solution Manager server <Solmanserver.corp.sap.company>
SLD HTTP port should be 50xxx (HTTP Port of your Solman ABAP instance in our case).
Connection to Solution Manager
Have you ensured you are connecting to the SCS message server? The naming convention fo the Http SCS Message server is 81<SCS Instance Number of Java stack (Solman) >
Also, ensure the Administrator user is SMD_AGT (which is configured in System Prepartion stage of SOLMAN_SETUP).

Hi Kathir,
I would recommend to connect the diagnostic agent directly through the message server of the Solman not over the SLD.
Easily use the smd setup script like described in the following wiki also known as direct registration method to register agent:
You should then see the agent in the agent administration of the solman.
Kind Regards,
Bill

Hi Kathir,
Could you share output by execution of command ./smdsetup.sh supportlogs at location /usr/sap/DAA/SMDA<NO.>/script
