Hi Sunil,

Please check the link; https://www.consolut.com/en/s/sap-ides-access/d/s/doc/YV-$SAPAPO$SALES521

Procedure

In the SAP APO inbound, check the material availability date of the customer requirements that contain errors. You can display the contents of the tables sent to SAP APO in the qRFC monitor for inbound queues (transaction code SMQ2) by double-clicking the queue name. Check the Time column in the table IT_SL_REQ.

If the time is initial, the error is in SAP R/3. Examine the affected sales order. You can display the date and time entries on the Schedule Lines for Item tab page under Shipping Details.

If the time for the customer requirement in the SAP APO inbound agrees with the material availability date for the customer requirement in SAP R/3, the error is in SAP APO.

Hope that can help you.

Thanks.

Sunil, also check the periodicities for planning are; t.code  /SAPAPO/TR32 and the time series of the planning area /SAPAPO/MSDP_ADMIN.

Thanks, Marius
