SAP Solution manager 7.1 installation: Error: Unable to stop bulk copy mode
OS: Windows 2008 R2 SP1
DB: ASE 16

Kindly guide me if you have an idea to fix this issue.
One more file I have observer below warning,
Execution of command "isql64 -e -w999 -Usapsa -S<HOSTNAME>:4901 -X' finished with return code -1
Output: Unable to open buffer file
Dear Prabhakar,
which user do you use for the installation? Please use a member of the local administrator group and in case of domain installation, additionaly member of domain administrator group. But don't use the Windows built-in Administrator.
