Dear Prabhakar,

which user do you use for the installation? Please use a member of the local administrator group and in case of domain installation, additionaly member of domain administrator group. But don't use the Windows built-in Administrator.

Please see also in the installation guide how to install the Solution Manager.

Installation Guide for SWPM:

Hello Troy,

I think my issue is with SYBASE ASE (I guess). Kindly suggest if I need to move this to different forum. Your documentation is relevant when the instance is built.

Correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks,

Prabhakar
