FIORI Approve Requisitions - using custom WF (WS9xxxxx)

Hello,

How much more effort is needed to configure Fiori Approve Requisitions app with WS9xxxxxxx instead of std  WS00000038 ?

Could anybody desribe it in few steps ?

It depends on your WS9xxxxxxx.

Please describe the differences between WS00000038 and WS9xxxxxxx, especially in the approval task and the workflow container elements.

Could you please give some rough estimation for such customizing ?

Hi Lukasz,

If you can get the workflow consultant who has created the custom workflow template, minimum estimate is 1H and maximum estimate is about 2 days. It all depends on how heavily the workflow task was changed.

Could you also point to some pdf etc which describes WF from this point of view (using custom WF for fiori apps) ? Or i have to get for example first sappress book about WF to understand tasks/risks better ?

Hi Lukasz,

You should implement the approve requisitions app with standard template first.

Then, you can start testing with your custom workflow template and troubleshoot.

Easy way is just you contact the workflow consultant who has implemented the custom workflow.
