output format issue in spool request

Hi Experts,

We are running a custom program in background as a daily job in production.  spool request will be created for each job. The spool request will be displayed as mentioned in screenshot 1.

Recently we are facing a problem in the spool request created. The column separator lines is displayed as dotted lines. The same can be seen in screen shot 2. we are facing this problem for the last 2 to 3 days.

Please advice on how to analyse the issue.

Hi Anand,

Please check the settings of the output device used for the Spool.

The issue might be related to the printer/output device.

Basis team can help us on this.

Also, check if the issue is happening only in Production system or across the landscape. This will help you to narrow down the issue.
