Hello

I had a SAPGUI crash today, I'd like to report this bug, but I haven't found any dedicated places to use. I don't exactly remember what I've been doing, nothing extra, just using the interface.

SAPGUI version: 7400.1.1.3306, build 1543247, patch-level 1

Windows version: 8.1 Pro, 6.3.9600 Build 9600

Event: APPCRASH

WER Parameters:

P1: saplogon.exe

P2: 7400.1.1.1098

P3: 54878f49

P4: sapguifocus.dll

P5: 7400.1.0.8

P6: 541f6e49

P7: c0000005

P8: 00005eb6

P9:

P10:

I've attached the error reporting file (.wer.txt). Any other information needed? (I don't have a trace file, it wasn't activated)

Thank you for helping!

Hello Attila,

You will need to capture an adplus trace as per the following note

http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1387962

Create a message and ask for an upload link as the file will be quite large.

Hi Jude!

Thanks. The problem is I cannot reproduce the crash. I activated the SAPGUI trace so it's running always, It doesn't generate too big files. It isn't enough?

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, we need the adplus traces to find the exact error so that we can correct the .dll file

The Windows crash reporting will only tell us which .dll, but not where.

For a bug report, we really require a reproducible example so that our 2nd level development team can

investigate more deeply and provide a solution.

If you do manage to find out how to get the dump, open a message. Other than that, maybe a reinstall of the GUI might help.
