sales orders not displayed in FIORI launch pad

Hi Gurus,

Currently I am stuck at an issue,I request your guidance.

The Sales orders created in SAP-FIORI back end are not getting displayed on the SAP FIORI launch pad.

Please help  me  on the  configuration that is needed.

Hi Lakshmi,

For Sales Order app, following add-ons are required for your gateway and backend:

Back-End/Front-End Server	Back-End/Front-End Component	Technical Name of Software Component	Support Package Level
Front-end server	Front-end component	UIX01EAP 100	05
Back-end server	Back-end component	SRA017 600	06

Hi kiran,

Thanks for the response,I followed the  steps in the links.

Now  i am able to successfully pull the SO's .But  SO's related to single customer are appearing.

I assigned the SE-sales employee in  both customers.But i see  SO's related to one customer.

Other customer's SO's are not appearing?

Any idea,why this strange behavior.?

Hi Lakshmi,

Is this behavior consistent with the backend? to me it looks like a configuration or data issue. if this doesn't happens on the backend then post your gateway error or frontend UI console logs.

Hi Lakshmi,

If you are talking about Create Sales Orders app, you have to select a customer at the top left of master view.
