Pricing Rounding off Issue for different Currencies and decimal places

Hello Everyone,

I would like to seek your help for the problem that i am encountering below:

When creating an SO, with document currency = USD

A condition record was maintained form Material A in a different currency  US$ (6 decimal places) which is 0.825000 US$ per LB

so having 45,800.001 LB should give amount to 37,785.000825 USD

however the system automatically rounds up the unit price from 0.825 to 0.83, where in the system computed 38,014.00 USD.

This gives a discrepancy of almost $229.  would anyone know how to prevent rounding off the unit price first, and do the rounding off during computationn of final condition value?

Hi Niki,

Goto V/06 and select ZP00. In the Control data 2 flag the check box Currency conversion. With this check rounding will take place post multiplication.

Hope this will help you.

Thanks and Regards

Thank you for this Kumar , rounding  already took place prior to computation. however, why is it that the net price still captures the rounded up value? should i flag currency conversion checkbox for condition type ZIPP?

Hi Niki,

Not sure why ZIPP is immediately after price condition. Ideal should be after tax condition. Can you please check SAP std pricing procedure RVAA01 once. Looks like you need to work on pricing procedure.

Hope this will help you.
