EWA Report not Generating Data Overdue SOLMAN 7.1

Hello,

I am trying to configure EWA Report for Prod Systems. Issue is that data is overdue. Please advise. I know this is bland but can someone please provide a checklist of items I am to complete to trouble shoot this. Thanks in advance and points will be rewarded accordingly.

Hi,

You need to check the SDCCN transaction on the managed system, and see if it's properly configured to communicate with the SolMan system, and the job to send back the EWA data is running.

There can be numerous things to check.  When was the last time, if ever, that you received an EWA?

Can you also confirm if you have grey metrics in your system?

Have you deployed SMD/DAA agents to your systems?  Have you completed the full management setup of the systems?

Hello,

This project of developing EWA was successful as of ten days ago. Now overdue.

We do have all the appropriate Host agents and Diagnostic agents in Place. Also the managed system setup and Basic configuration Set up both are showing green lights. I will have to dig deeper as these types of things like you mentioned had a series of checks.
