Error during installation of SSL certificate

Hi ,

I am trying to Install SSL and intermediate certificates through STRUST in R/3 production system, when trying to import certificates from this transaction we are getting work process -restarted session terminated error message.

Please guide me.

Thanks for getting back.

we found that the reason behind this is we are having an sapcrypto library which doesn't support our kernel version, so after upgrading to newer version of library files we could upload the SSL certificates.

I had same problem and after I changed Sapcyrpo file It solved my problem.

Please provide work process log from that time (according to SM21 record).

You can access work process log via SM50.

Hi Sanhit,

Please go through the below mentioned sap note:

1473710 - STRUST: How to Export/Import a PSE from/to STRUST

664098 - STRUST: Importing Base64 certificate fails

If the issue still persist, please provide the ICM log/trace file. YOu can also increase the trace level prior to reproducing the issue in SMICM.

Seems to be killed by/from the OS level  .  Are you still getting the error when you access strust ?

Are you the only user terminated by signal 11 in SM21 ?

Please check dumps in ST22 at the same time. If exists any relevant dump please attach full dump.
