Hi,
We are trying to maintain a big repository of documentation into SOLAR01 and uploading documents one by one is taking lot of time.
Is there any report or procedure to upload multiple files from a given folder in a single go? We are using SM7.1
regards
Anil
ANIL,
Yes, go to tcode solar_project_admin
select your project and open, at menu EDIT->fill business blueprint -> create a template file (select what you want ).
after fill the template, do the same thing but with upload file.

Hi Anil,
please follow the instructions from reply 1 und download a template for "project documentation" to you local computer.
In the txt-file you can specify in columns "I" and "K" path&filename and documentname for files, you want to upload. These files have to be places on your local computer and will be uploaded together with the TXT-file to Solution Manager, if you choose "Upload file" in the transaction. You have to be in change mode for the project to have upload functions available.
Kind regards,
Christoph
Hi Christoph,
There must be some thing missing (+ trying Project Administration using SM for the first time). I don't see the option "fill business blueprint" at all.
Here are the steps I followed:

HI Anil,
In Solution manager we have a transaction SA_MIGRATION to upload mass SAP Documents in Solar 01 area.
You can check the logic behind this program SAP_MIGRATION with help of ABAPER and can use for your upload of documents.
Also look at this links.
