Error synchronizing REX, no data

Hi,

We have installed SUP 2.1 and it has been running perfectly fine. However I am facing problems while trying to syncronization Retail Execution.

The device is registred ok.

After introduce the CRM user/Pass, the data syncronization is ok, but while syncrhonizating I got a Login error.

In the logs,  i can see the following:

I'm not sure what version of 2.1 you are using, but it was end of maintenance September 2014, so just be aware.  That appears to be from the domain log, what does the SUP server log show?  Also, what domain is REX using and security profile?  You may see additional details in the Sybase/UnwiredPlatform/servers/UnwiredServer/logs/HttpdSync/EVW1900884_OBMO_HttpdSync_20150120T110755.txt file.

Hi Kevin,

I still have the same problem. We are using SAP Mobile WorkSpace 2.4 SP04 and Mobiel Server 2.3

I am using default domain, and the security profile is admin. No problem to registrer the device, but unable to syncrhonize customazing. I have been stucked with this for 2 weeks and I don't know what else can prove, any suggestion?

It appears the package is not deployed correctly or had errors on deployment since it cannot find the file D:\SAP\MobilePlatform\Servers\UnwiredServer\Repository\Instance\com\sybase\djc\mobilink\TableInfo\d1_saprex.3_2_saprex_3_2_producttypecustmbo_pull_pq.properties.  This appears to be the cause of the issue.  First, I would make sure you are on the latest SMP 2.3 version, SMP 2.3 SP05 PL01 and then have the latest REX 3.2 package deployed.  After that, redeploy device application and retest.

I deleted the pacckage and deployed again, and I am not obtaning the same error. It seems is an authentification problem with the http authentificationloginModul. or the PreConfiguredUserLoginModule]

However, I am using the CRM credentials that work well, and when i try to open directly the url, my credentials are validated.

I assume you have stacked authentication providers and you are using HTTP BASIC AUTH for your authentication.  Change your control flag to sufficient, make sure it is first in the stacked providers, validate and save, and then make sure you are using its security profile for your authentication provider.

After one month we are still stucked with this error. I don't think it is a authentification error, becouse i can ping well the link of the http autentification module, and the user and passwrod workds fine there.

When i try to acces to REX, customazing starts to syncronice,and and wrong user error appears.

It seems the error has relation with products. It is possible to desactivated product integration to confirm this?

Jose,

I'm not a REX person, but seems to be an issue with a deployed object.  Have you tried removing the MBO package and reinstalling?  The one caution with this is it will require all devices to reregister.
