send po in attachment to the mail of the buyer

I want to send the PO in attachment to the mail of the buyer once ordered.

Could you please help me with details.

I am not familiar with BADII.

Hi Meriem,

couple of questions, are you using an approval workflow? is it a standard or custom?

You can use the PO approval workflow process in ECC side to handle this.

Hello meriem,

I am talking about srm as well. Though you appear to create po's from srm it will actually be created in ecc and a confirmation will be sent back to srm. so ideally if the po failed to create in ecc for some reason you don't want your srm system to email the po to buyer. So it would be better off to handle this in ecc.
