How to schedule a webi report for mobile?

Hi all,

i want to schedule a webi report for mobile.

My configuration:    BOE 4.0 SP7

                             BO Mobile App ist 6.1.6.7

How can I implement this?

Hi,

You can assign the Webi report to the mobile category first, so that it is listed on mobile device.

Once that is done, you can schedule instances for that Webi report. Now, on your mobile device, you will receive update notifications when new instance is generated. You can go to the available actions in the listing view and view latest instance.

It is very important for scheduling to activate the mobile properties (Display on Mobile), so the last instance on the mobile device will be displayed..

Yes Zaki, that's correct. I completely forgot to mention that. This is required as mobile server uses these properties to determine whether the report instance should be displayed on mobile or not when delivered to user's inbox.
