Work with scanner

Hello SAP Gurus,

my knowledge about SAP LES is, that you need for every move in the warehouse a transfer order. For example:

Creation of TO with LT01

Concerning the TO a worker in the warehouse can scan this pallet and the system advices the place.

But what can a warehouse worker do, when he would like to bring a pallet from one place to another. The warehouse worker only works with the scanner menu and has no authorization to work with the LT01 or LT10? Is there a way in sap standard to use the scanner transactions in this way?

in SAP standard we don't have any RF transaction for Bin to bin transfer similar to LT01 or LT10, you need to first create on GUI and assign that to the worker or else you can design a custom RF transaction similar to LT01 or LT01, where user will enter the required input on the source screen and system can propose the destination bin similar to LT01 or LT10 logic
