Auto UD for In-process inspection

Hi SAP experts,

We are creating inprocess inspection lots for process orders. Digital signature is applied through QM authorization group maintained in material master.

When QA41 back job is triggered for Auto UD, getting error because of digital signature is appiled and no auto UD is done.

Can anybody throw light on htis how to resolve this issue?

Hi Vivek,

One more point I thought to update here -

If your same material needs insp type 03 and 04, and you do not wish to have digital signature for insp type 03, then you can try the feedback of previous case. If in case QALS table STAT24 & STAT25 is not cleared, then try the below option.

Now coming back to the point of Auto-UD in background for digital signature managed 04 (or 03) inspection lots, you can create a custom program as suggested above. (https://scn.sap.com/thread/3682542)
